Rich grew up next to a Wildlife Management Area in Sutton that was once home to the first scientifically studied fish hatchery in the country. He spent most of his time out in the woods around his house learning the local plants and animals. This led to his passion for the environment and scientific study. After graduating from Worcester
Rich grew up next to a Wildlife Management Area in Sutton that was once home to the first scientifically studied fish hatchery in the country. He spent most of his time out in the woods around his house learning the local plants and animals. This led to his passion for the environment and scientific study. After graduating from Worcester State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, he began working for a local environmental company as an Aquatic Biologist and chemical technician for several years. Rich is licensed to apply herbicide in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Hannah has had a passion for nature and the environment since before she attended college. She obtained a bachelor's of science degree in Biology from Worcester State University in 2015 with hopes to pursue a career in conservation. She currently works for the United States Department of Agriculture on a project geared towards the eradica
Hannah has had a passion for nature and the environment since before she attended college. She obtained a bachelor's of science degree in Biology from Worcester State University in 2015 with hopes to pursue a career in conservation. She currently works for the United States Department of Agriculture on a project geared towards the eradication of an invasive insect called the Asian Longhorned Beetle. Her knowledge and interest in invasive plants has been fostered by training and field experience in her current career.

David has recently transitioned from a career in law enforcement to the invasive plants industry. He most recently completed 34 years of service as a police lieutenant with a local law enforcement agency. He holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He has been participating in a variety training and learning regimens assoc
David has recently transitioned from a career in law enforcement to the invasive plants industry. He most recently completed 34 years of service as a police lieutenant with a local law enforcement agency. He holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He has been participating in a variety training and learning regimens associated with invasive plants. Hannah and Rich have also been providing hands-on training for David, imparting their deep breadth of knowledge of biology and invasive plants management. Dave is licensed to apply herbicide in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
